Great question! We first have to set up a date and time! We will make sure that we get the details straight and make sure we're all set for our photo shoot! I want to make sure we have the right date, time, and location locked in. Before we start snapping away, let's chat about what you're hoping to achieve and make sure we're on the same page. We can go over everything from preparation tips, what to wear, what the kids need to know, and what special moments you want me to capture. I want to make sure you have all the info you need and feel confident and ready for the big day! And don't worry, you'll receive a friendly reminder email two days before the session, and if you need directions or have any last-minute questions, we've got you covered

Here's the deal - if you make any payments under the contracted Agreement, you better be ready to kiss them goodbye because they're as non-refundable as that last piece of pizza in the box.

Now, in case of emergencies, like a positive COVID test, family loss, or a sudden pregnancy complication, don't you worry your pretty little head. Just let me know as soon as possible and you can reschedule for a later date. And you won't even need to shell out a new non-refundable retainer, that payment will just roll over!

If you do need to cancel, don't forget to put it in writing. It's like breaking up with your photographer, but, sometimes things just don't work out. Just make sure you let them know ASAP so they can try to salvage what's left of their shattered heart. You agin, still don’t get the deposit back but we can use it for a later day and credit you within the year. If you wait until 7 days before the session to cancel, well, that's just not cool, man. I have already invested time and resources into your session, so you'll have to pay the full price. But don't worry, it's not a penalty, it's just their way of saying "thanks for nothing."

In addition, you can also look through our print packages and wall are and see if there is something in there you want to hang up!

Other edits requests after I send you the final gallery may be subject to $25 fee per photo and up to 2 weeks to edit.

When you hire a photographer, you're hiring their artistic vision too! That means you gotta trust them and let them work their magic. You can't be holding them responsible for every single picture you want. Don't worry, I’ll do my best to get all the shots you asked for, but I can't guarantee that everything will be picture-perfect. And if I don't deliver a specific image, I sincerely apologize but it just was not meant to be.

Now, when it comes to editing, it's the photographer's time to shine! we're the artist here, so I get to decide which images make the cut and which ones don't. If I think a picture is substandard or duplicated, I will take it out of the bunch. And, sorry folks, no RAW files for you. And hey, if you want any further changes, no problemo! Just be ready to shell out some extra cash for it. It's like adding extra toppings to your pizza, but instead of pepperoni, it's image retouching.

I get that question a lot, especially right after our session! I will make sure the final invoice is paid and then your photos will be culled and edited. You will receive an email with a link to your stunning images in an online gallery. You'll relive all the special moments from your shoot 5-8 days after your session. Share the love with your friends and family by downloading your high-resolution photos straight from your gallery. And the best part? You can also purchase other items and keepsakes from there. Your gallery will be available for six weeks, so take your time and enjoy reliving the memories! the best part, is you don’t even need to tell me which ones! The galleries will be up for 6 weeks and you can pick and choice based on your packages! It is all at your fingertips to order, download and love every second of the images.

In your galleries, each photos has a watermark on them and yes it will disappear when you download it! But hold up - let me explain why there's a little protective layer on those bad boys.
